What do I need to do to get paid?

Nothing! You'll get paid automatically. You've had a successful Event, so we'll take care of the rest.

We recommend you double-check your preferred Payout Method from your profile.

When will I get paid for my Event?

After your Event ends, there are four quick steps in a process that ends with a Payout delivery to your account:

When will my Event settle?

Gathr automatically settles your Event by calculating total ticket sales and any pending Booking expenses or fees. Event settlement is initiated up to 24 hours after your Event finishes, depending on Event details:

*24-hour grace period for Attendees to request a refund and Host to respond. (Attendees have 12 hours from the end of the Event to request a refund, and the Host has 24 hours from the end of the Event to respond to refund requests.)

**36-hour grace period for Talent Bookings to make expense requests and the Host to respond. (Talent Bookings have 24 hours from the end of the Event to submit an expense request, and the Host has 36 hours from the end of the Event to respond to expense requests.)

When will my Payout be issued?

As soon as your Event is settled, your Payout is issued. Depending on your selected Payout Method, this can take up to a few days.

When will my Payout be delivered?

  • Paypal - Payout is sent instantly after Event settlement. 
  • Venmo - Payout is sent instantly after Event settlement. 
  • Bill.com - Payout is processed manually by Gathr staff and can take up to a few days. 

How will I get my Payout?

You will receive your Payout via the Payout Method you chose in Account Settings in your profile.

What if I haven't received my Payout yet?

If more than five business days have gone by and you still haven't received your Payout, contact support@gathr.com.

Can I donate my Payout to charity?

Definitely. To change your Payout Method to the charity of your choice, look at how to update your Payout Method.

Dispute Resolution

If you performed/presented in an Event (from your Talent profile), and you have a disagreement with an Event Host, you may elevate the issue to Gathr Support by disputing it. By doing so, you agree to abide by Gathr's arbitration of the matter, as stated in the Terms of Use.

For example, you submit an Expense Request to cover your transportation costs, but the Event Host denies it. You can dispute this to Gathr Support, who will consider each party's position, and then make an informed final decision.
