How to Handle Refund Requests

Learn how easy it is to respond to refund requests for events you are hosting.

Your Attendees can request a refund for their tickets at any time up until 12 hours after your Event ends. 

Whenever an attendee requests a refund, you will receive an email notification directly to your inbox, where you'll see a button to "Accept/Decline" the request. Select this button, and you'll be redirected to your Event Management dashboard in the "Manage Attendees" tab. 

From your "Manage Attendees" tab, select the "Refund" button next to the attendee who has requested a refund. 

Then, follow the steps to confirm the refund. 

To reject the refund the request, simply choose "Decline" rather than "Accept."

It's that easy to handle refund requests!

You may change your Refund Policy any time up until you sell a ticket/generate a reservation for your Event - after that, you may not change your Refund Policy.
