How long will it take to get paid for my Rental Video on Demand?
After your Rental / Video on Demand is purchased and settled, your payout is issued.
Settlement happens every week on Monday, and your payout is issued after that.
Here is the process that happens from purchase to payout delivery:
When will my Payout be delivered?
- Paypal - Payout is sent instantly after Rental / Video on Demand settlement.
- Venmo - Payout is sent instantly after Rental / Video on Demand settlement.
- Bill.com - Payout is processed manually by Gathr staff and can take up to a few days.
How will I get my Payout?
You will receive your Payout via the Payout Method you chose in Account Settings in your profile.

What if I haven't received my Payout yet?
If more than five business days have gone by and you still haven't received your Payout, contact support@gathr.com.
