Gathr supports Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA) integration so you can track engagement and performance across your Film’s presence on the platform. This guide explains how to submit your GTM ID and what pages your tags will appear
🎯 Google Analytics Tag Integration (Direct GA Tag)
If you are using Google Analytics directly (not via GTM), you can provide your Google Analytics tag (G-XXXXXXXXXX), and we’ll handle the rest.
We’ll implement your Google Analytics tag across all key pages where your Film is featured, including:
-
Your Film detail page
-
The Film’s Video On Demand (VOD) page
-
Any Partner VOD pages featuring your Film
-
The VOD checkout flow for both you and your partners
-
All Screening pages for scheduled Screenings of your Film
This setup allows you to track user engagement, performance metrics, traffic sources, and more across your Film’s full presence on the GATHR platform.
🔍 Where to View Your Data:
All analytics data will be available directly in your Google Analytics dashboard, where you can view real-time activity, audience insights, acquisition channels, and create custom reports.
🧩 Google Tag Manager (GTM) Integration
If you prefer to manage multiple tracking tools from a single platform, GATHR supports Google Tag Manager.
Enter your GTM Container ID (e.g., GTM-XXXXXXX) in the designated field, and we’ll automatically insert your GTM container onto the following pages for your Film:
-
Film landing page
-
Film’s Video On Demand (VOD) page
Any tags you've configured inside your GTM container—such as Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or custom conversion tracking—will execute according to your setup. This gives you full control over how and when tags fire without needing to modify code.
📊 Where to View Your Data:
You can view and manage tracking activity through:
-
Your Google Tag Manager dashboard (for managing containers, triggers, and tags)
-
Your Google Analytics dashboard (if GA tags are configured inside GTM)
