If your transaction didn't go through correctly, we recommend switching devices and/or browsers, and attempting your transaction a second time. 

If this doesn't solve the issue, kindly send an email to support@gathr.com describing the issue. Please be sure to include the following details:

  • Email address you used during your purchase attempt.
  • Device & browser used.
  • Screenshots, screen recordings, and forwarded emails received from Gathr.com as a result of the failed transaction.
