For technical issues in general, please use a computer instead of a phone (if you weren’t already). The best browsers to access the Gathr website are Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari in that order. Using one of these three browsers solves most problems.

If you’re still experiencing issues, first be sure all necessary fields (name, email, etc) have been filled.
