# I don’t see any Gathr emails in my inbox. How do I ensure that I get your emails?
If you don’t see Gathr emails in your inbox it is most likely due to an overactive spam filter. To fix this we ask that you add us - [support@gathr.com](mailto:support@gathr.com) to your trusted list of contacts and sidestep the spam folder. This is called “whitelisting.”
