How long do I have to accept a booking request?

Find out how long you have to respond to a booking request

In your Bookings section, under the Booking Preferences tab, you can toggle between Regular and Instant Booking. 

  • Regular Booking - You have five days to respond, approve, decline, or send a custom offer to all incoming booking requests. 

As long as you respond in the Message thread to a pending request, it will not expire in five days. 

  • Instant Booking - Requests are confirmed automatically, according to your pre-set Cancellation Policy and Deposit settings.
