How It Works
1. Submit Your Screening Request
The journey begins with a simple step: request your screening.
From the Film page, select the "Host a Screening" button. To send your request, fill out the one-page screening request form to provide details about your Event and preferences.
2. Confirmation
Once your screening is approved (for Event on Demand® screenings, once your Event is GreenLit™), you'll receive instructions on how and when you'll be able to screen your Film, ensuring that your Event is equipped with the highest-quality content. Whether you’re setting up a cozy projector or hosting a hybrid screening, the process is tailored to your needs.
3. Download the Dedicated Film Player
For those hosting in-person or hybrid events, Gathr has partnered with Artinii Cinema Player, a dedicated film player for offline playback. This unique tool is designed to ensure a smooth viewing experience, even without a stable internet connection. Sign into the Artinii Cinema Player using your unique login credentials (sent to you via email and displayed on your Event dashboard), and you'll find the film player is preloaded with your selected movie, so all you need to do is set the stage.
The Film and player will be available to you for download after your Event is confirmed / GreenLit® for Theatrical on Demand®, but not until 7 days prior to your Event. Gathr will always notify you via email when the Film and player are ready for download.
